I'm finding Roaches lvl 20-21 in Howling Fjord, which isn't listed on there.

Sandstorm was going on for about an hour. I patrolled through the two sites, switching every 15 minutes or so, but was unable to find any Hatchling. There were three or four other people there at the beginning, but they left after half an hour. =l I've been waiting so long for it to storm and then when it finally does, there's no hatchling! If ANY actually spawned, they were quickly snatched up. Very discouraging.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've fought four of these so far and at least two, if not three, of them were rare. Does it have an increased ratio of rare: not rare?
