I'm having the same problem with the achievement for the dragonhawks, teth. I even went and re-bought them just to be sure. Opened pet journal and logged in and out.

Got it after 663 casts today. I shouldn't have read all of the posts about it being super quick before I went to get it. It was a bit disheartening. If it takes you awhile though, don't lose hope!
