I caught three of these in a row, all of them were rare, all of them were with bandicoon kit and all bandicoon kits had same mother :D This happened directly south of Pang's Stead, over two roads and between two small mountain tops. This was so funny I had to create an account and tell the story :D Now I own rare marsh fiddlers level 21, 22 and 23 :)
