I have a point to make. Isn't anyone a tad 'bored' of pets? I'm not saying I still don't love them and all, but wouldn't it be cool if they could be more interactive? That's why I freaked out when I learned that pooping pets in cataclysm was all an april fool's joke. I like to hope that in the future, pets could have cooler animations, or you should be able to play with them and teach them tricks. This would also open up a whole new world of achievement possibilities. Or maybe they could fight each other, or have more to do with those random critters around them. I don't know, but I do know that pets should have a little more flare. This would put a stronger motivation for collecting minipets into the cold, stony hearts of non-collecters :)

Even though it now may seem as if everyone has a Cenarion Hatchling and the Hippogryph Hatchling just isn't as unique anymore, you can now see how many people there are on WoW who are willing to help people in tragedies such as the tsunami in Japan. That is the real gift.

Horde (lucky ducks) get to buy the pet from Apothecary Furrows in Cliffspring Falls cave. The Alliance have to complete a long quest chain starting with The Last Wave of survivors and ending with Remembrance of Auberdine. Incredibly easy for level 30s and up, and good experience gains for levels 10-17. I would greatly suggest getting this pet. The quest chain is long, but very straight forward and easy. Good luck!
