Looks exactly like the Japanese donation companion you can still buy for 10 bucks. No one is turning their heads when they see this, I see a version of this ALL the time.

I only cleared the first area of raptors, it took me 3 or 4 resets of the zone and 124 kills to get this pet.

I have been fishing since around level 30 (and doing dailies everyday since), I am now 80 and this just dropped for me. However my girlfriend got it much earlier than I did.
