Obtained mine @ 2:50am PST. Uncommon quality. The rest around the area were all poor and common qualities.

After circling the island several times, I finally found one. It turned out to be uncommon, which is fine by me. I'd rather have one, and leave them for others because they seem to have horrific spawn rates.
