I'm so happy. I just acquired the tiny shale spider! After only camping Jadefang for about 12 hours off and on, I logged over to check if he was there just shortly after midnight my local time (11pm server time) and BAM! There he was. Now, to camp him some more on my hunter so I might tame him :D

Update: Jadefang spawned while I was typing this comment. WOOT!

I agree with Krazzie - the huge amount of so-called "RNG" over a short time period such as winter veil makes it extremely frustrating for those of us loyal companion collectors who do the required quest on multiple toons. Then to see those people who dont really care get the item on their first try. I remember when the sinister squashling was a litle more difficult to get, then this past year it's like everyone gets it 15 times on each toon AND it's BoU....sheesh.
