If you leave your guild you do get to keep this pet in your spells, and he still counts toward your total pet count. However, he can not be summoned until you reach the required rep level in a new guild. It may be obvious that you keep him since you bought him, but I was nervous about it when I left my guild. Seeing it typed out for sure would have helped my angst over guild switching!

Just so everyone knows, you can keep the pet if you leave your guild. It may seem obvious, but I was terrified at the prospect of losing all my guild pets when I left, and seeing it typed out in black and white would have reduced my stress significantly!

This little bundle of rage became my best buddy while I was grinding for Critter Kill Squad. He's tiny, but what he lacks in size he more than makes up for in attitude, becoming SO ANGRY that all he can do is ignite nearby helpless critters. I will admit that I was a little worried about my Tiny Snowman, but so far my scorchling seems to play nice until you bring him out to really play.

I don't like the new look, especially since they were both changed. I could completely get behind changing one so we could tell them apart, but I LOVED the oversized beak and the clumsy cuteness. Bad move Blizz!
