Looked all over the place on my own, couldn't find it. Looked up comments, still couldn't find it. Rolled a level one Gnome, still couldn't find it. Thought maybe pet battles don't show up till 5 so I leveled, still hadn't seen one. Made one last pass for where people said they were, FINALLY saw one up above that I could battle, was poor, didn't care, it's mine now. This is a royal pain to catch. Either it's got a stupid low spawn rate, or you must be on an alliance toon to see them.
