Ok on my server it has changed since the patch, the festival doesn't start up until midnight server time. The patch may have messed it up, I am not sure. I don't know if it runs the same length either, just that it starts at midnight. Waited 4 hours for it to begin to learn this. Got lucky and caught one before the crowd swarmed. Luck to you.

Playing catchup in the battle pet collecting thing since it didn't become an interest to me until Mists came out and Battle Pets became a "thing" now. I am presently at 412 and climbing. Got most all the achieves done accept for the new patch achieve of collecting all the vanilla dungeon pets. Got 4 of them so far. Anyone on the horde Garrosh server look me up and say hey. Bloodkin.
