I have finished all 3 of the escort quests but was not able to get Oglethorpe Obnoticus to hand over the pet. I tried reopening conversation with him for about 10 minutes and nothing... Also, on WOWHEAD the 00X-22/FE quest is now listed as "marked obsolete by Blizzard and can no longer be obtained or completed"... I really hope they didn't remove this pet now that I FINALLY finished all 3 escorts!! :(
