So, anyone discovered wy this is greyed out yet? Bc i have it and its not completing for me either..

Confirming, this one spawns at the beginning of the storm and for a few minutes. Two storms in a row, first one missed the beginning and no pets to be seen. Today, luckily logged on my alt and it had just started. Only saw two, first i got was uncommon and second was poor.

Found one after  a  bit, but when i was fighting a horde came and killed me. So i killed the pet back. Just careful bc u dont phase out when u are pet battling. After that took like 30 mins for it to spawn again and someone to watch my back while i did it. It was of poor quality.
