i had the same problem as you Valielina....cept for some reason when i went to northrend to fight major payne an checked my achieve again it had givin me credit for all the ones i had caught that it had said i didnt

:( just logged during a storm an flew around for close to 2 hours an not a single spawn, even had my sister fly around one of the spawn areas to make it easier an nothing :( hopefully i get one soon its the only one i need for kalimdor other then the one u can only get in summer

can confirm that these ARE located at the crimson expanse

i had caught one back at launch an it didnt give me credit for the achieve....just went an caught another one an got credit for it, so if anyone else has had that problem you just need to catch another...hopefully this helps someone

Can confirm that these can be found all around the zone in any lava pool :)...still working on my rare tho
