Fished up countless sealed crates for the junk inside and got no pony. Decided to fish in open water specifically for the pony and got it 8 casts later...

Finally got this guy tonight after a couple weeks of grinding for it and rep. And as chance would have it, tonight is the night I will get exalted with 3 of the 4 Steamweedle factions :)
