I was way up the beach by the nagas and got a rare to secondary spawn with a lizard hatchling.

Wow, never get lucky like this, but got a rare first one I found at the Ogre Mound.  Only one I could see there.

Can anyone confirm that these can be found as secondary team members in battle?

Nevermind, just found a rare as a secondary, this is confirmed.  Toads and tainted rats will spawn this as secondary.
