I got this pet around the lake above Dreamers Rest in Feralas.

 

It dropped for me after only about 100 kills :D

The Respawn rate it pretty good, Just make sure you look around the ouside of the lake (Whole way round) to find any hanging round there.

Got this in Badlands after only killing 8 :O Couldn't believe it!!!!
