Found one as secondary on Bloodmyst isle near the quest bear in the northern part.

Managed to get a rare one of these tonight, was the last of the three I had left. Seems somewhat more rare than the others since I saw two golden rares and one jade, among a multitude of poor->uncommon, whereas the Crimson in itself seemed to spawn less. Favors Speed>Attack>HP.
