Finally have all Uncommons or Rares! Now working on getting rare versions of pet battle (capturable) pets. Finally got the bucktooth flapper rare, too!

My husband camped the spawn point in Court of Bones while I switched between two characters throughout Northrend, flying from spawn point to spawn point. Lots and lots of us out there. Around 11:30 pm eastern time, he calls out, "Honey, where are you?!?" He held it for me, I flew to him, he disengaged once we assessed no one else was around, I engaged, then breathed deeply. I didn't want to accidently kill it. I captured my common Unborn Val'kyr, used a stone on it (I refuse to be greedy and continue to farm - leave more for everyone else), and I'm a happy girl. Thank you honey!

The argent tournament tabard is helpful here, in case you can't leave a toon camped.

Also, those of you hunting rares, please don't. Just get what you get and use a stone. There are SOOOOO many people looking for this to complete their achievement, it makes it best for everyone if we just get one and leave the others for our fellow players. If we can all do this for all of the difficult to get ones, it will help so many others out!

Just so you all know, using Spirits of Harmony to make your Imperial Silk will yield an Imperial Silk, not the cocoon and hence not either of the pets. One of my guildies spent a lot of Spirits before she realized the tooltip differentiated on that point.
