When I logged in in the Wetlands near the Greenwarden (just north of the heart-shaped lake), I found two. It was 8:30 am server, and... I don't know if this is important... it was raining. The rain stopped shortly after I captured the 2nd TBB, and I saw no other TBBs in the zone.
