I use this battle to level pets:
25 rare rapina whelk & 25 rare Fluxfire Feline do all the work and can take down all three of the spirit's pets between them, letting you get 1,000's of xp for another pet.
These two pets work on nearly all the battles in Pandaria - making it easy to get the 30 & 75 level 25 pet achievements. I hit 30 today :)
I got this from Wowhead - but it works a treat and makes the fight very short. Make sure the elemental is first up
Rapina Whelk - Celestial Dragon - Fluxfire Feline - all rare at level 25
Put the dragon up first, its first attack will not land - Swap to Whelk.
Use Acidic Goo, then Dive, finish with Toxic Waste.
Dragon - Moonfire, Ancient Blessing then Breath - heal again if you can.
Fluxfire: Claw to finish off Critter, then Wind-up, Prowl, Wind-up again for mega damage.

Soloed with a 90 feral druid. Saved CDs once I got him down 2/3rds of the way, but not really a problem - just a little slow to grind him down.
Pet dropped 1st attempt - I've never bothered to come this far into teh raid before (as couldn't solo it) so quite pleased so far.

Leveling pets using the tamers in Pandaria as most can be taken down with just two of the right pets leaving a slot free to level a pet up. I've loads of lvl 22 pets and two fights later they are maxed out. Up to 37 lvl 25s now (in game - I delete lvl 25 duplicates so the number on my profile here is lower) - deleting a duplicate 25 doesn't change the achievement progress. Niether does dropping a 25 down a few levels by using an upgrade stone. And if you level it back up again it counts a second time for the achievement.
Can't wait till next week's Lunar Festival - going to level my horde alt and get the Horde lantern :)
