Handy note for the flight path method: Moonglade is, at the server level, part of Felwood. Flying in from Moonglade will not reveal spawns. Flights originating in Ashenvale or Darkshore or Hyjal will (haven't tested the Everlook FP). 

I was 7 for 7 until I got to Viscudus and the Twins (all the MC and BWL pets on the first run). Either I had one hell of a run, or the MC and BWL pets have significantly higher drop rates.
