I've done this daily everyday that Darkmoon faire has been up for this expansion-no luck! I'll keep trying but it might be easier to farm the gold and buy one.

I use my alts on a low population server to farm this- there are more outside the caverns than inside, I parked her there and would sign on when I have time and got one without too much trouble. I really like this pet!

I was thinking that I should look for a guild that has social invites that already has the needed achievement and apply on an alt that is already exalted- you would start at revered and could by the pet. My current guild is close so I might wait a little bit for now!
