Corin's Crossing is easily the best place to farm this pet. As an 80 warlock I just ran around the entire town and corrupted everything. By the time I finished looting most of the mobs had respawned and I'd go for another round trip.

Took me about 1.5 hours and I have no idea how many bags I looted.

unfortunately he still has the grunty sounds. hopefully blizz will fix it soon.
