I have only seen one up on the ah out of 3 servers, ant it was for a whopping 150k, im banking on a price drop when that boss is released to lfr

wowhead is saying 4% (off the trash) in throne of thunder, so odds seem pretty good, expect a rapid price drop in the weeks to come. Also means you could just farm runs till it dropped since it not off an exclusive once a week loot table.

I am wondering if pandaren fishing charm will help with catching these?

These guy seems to be the least common spawn on the isle so ive had a hard time find a rare since many dont pop up

where do I pick up this quest or where is it located?

have YET to find a rare of one of these after MANY MANY battles nor the oasis moth ]:|

These show up fairly often in arraying quality as secondaries in the crimson expanse of deepholm

havent gotten one yet out of bag but bought one off ah, Must say he is HUGE compared to the other eyes in game, I like it

So I happened to have 2 of these guys in my journal and discovered they come in 2 different breeds. Is this a bug or intended? Can anyone else confirm a 3rd breed? I have a S/S and a B/B

Feel like the drop rates of the pets in this raid are lower than some of those others. Killed him 3x solo, still no pet off him or viscidous and this week after killing the first boss, it bugged after i killed it and I was unable to loot the body, not sure if it was due to being mcd during fight. Also you cant rely on wowheads drop % because its factoring all the kills prior to the patch adding the pets, therefore greatly skewing the real drop rate.

So are these still uncommon once learned? or Did they get fixed as well?

I would like to say that the name of this companion is misleading. It is not giant at all. Its the same size as any spider companion. This disappoints me >.>

Was also disappointed that its not of rare quality

*update question* since this was hotfixed, I have 2 that I bought but are unlearned, will they still be uncommon? Seems ridiculous that ive wasted  270tokens and they will all be uncommon due to blizzards lack of foresight.

**update** Answer: If you purchased one prior to hotfix but had it in your bags UNLEARNED, do not fear it will come out rare. Ones already learned prior to hotfix STAY uncommon.

This pet is really cute and I love the fiery animations it has. I know the drop rate is not 100% but it has to be high.

It is 400, He will show in your journal automatically. This pet is a little creepy looking :P

These definitely share spawns with the rats, if rats are up librams will not be, clear the rats (critters and battle pets) and they will spawn. The respawn timer seems pretty fast as long as there are no rats around. I repeat you MUST kill the CRITTER rats too, not just the bps. I got my rare and had about 6 more up by the time I left using this method. Why is this downrated? Its factual and useful, Im not the only one saying this, someone get me a hanky for the 2 ppl who downrated :P

Found  a couple up where described, one odd thing happened though went to engage, had agro from that aliance town so i used invisibility (mage alt) and right after I hit that 5 more popped up so either they all respawned at same time or something funky happened. Most of the ones I found were of the speedy class.

I can 2nd that these spawn everywhere on coldarra and are quite prolific by comparison to the other 5.1 spawns. Found a rare with little trouble.

Found one up around 7am server 4:20 pst, it was poor quality *update* went back tonight 11/29 6am server time to hunt for a rare found around 15+ up, burned through 10, 8poors 2normal 1 rare. They all seem to have equalized stats (not speedy or ap weighted) I checked 4 others (engaged then logged) that were up 3 regulars one uncommon. It seems like a lot of the 5.1 spawn rates have been fixed, buffed or they were all just scarce due to so many people hunting them yesterday.

Now that the hunting frezy has died a little as late night hours set in, ive been able to find this guy along with some of the other new pets, found 2 of these, one poor, one common.

If you find a server thats low pop or go check at odd hours  there can be tons of them up near the toxic air field, near the entrance to gnomer and and up a little bit north. I reccomend a S/S breed (speedy) this pet is fantastic, I use him to carry lower lvls against the thundering pandaren spirit. I named mine Meowingtons, Thumbs up if you get the reference :) I dont understand why people always downrate my stuff, a lot of bitter people on here.. p.s incoming nerf 5.2 no more windup

Found near where tidehunter spawns in vale near lake.

Could not find any of these in winterspring *update* found one up by fp near evenlook just outside of town. There were also some robo chicks up in town at the time. It was an uncommon, only one Ive seen up.
