100 casts into Fish of the Day in Jade Forest, using Bone Fishing Pole + Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat~ wasn't even expecting it, actually focussing on the White one right now and only popped by Fish of the Day for some ironpaw tokens!

's a lil cutie. I called him Alternia because of the colour scheme.

Fished for a couple of hours for about 4 days before I finally got her. In the end it was from a Glimmering Jewel Danio school (on my first cast after switching from open water, hehe - maybe all those coins he dropped in the water were lucky after all).

I saw the pet descriptions and was like... "I'm a dedicated angler!" so here I am. White one next~

Feb 28th, second day of farming for a rare, unsuccessful as of yet. Lots of uncommons. Maybe I'm just being superstitious but they do seem to be affected by selective farming, so clearing out spawnpoints by entering battles and forfeitting with non-owl pets seems to help them spawn. Small realm population is a godsend!

Checked back 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day (Friday) there seemed to be about 5 of them spawned; every time I killed one another appeared nearby?? I got my rare after 4 tries and there were still at least 3 spawns up when I left. I only visited one portion of the island, I didn't fly around the rest.

Sha'tar EU - flew around the airfield and surrounding area for a while seeing only irradiated roaches, snow cubs and bunnies. Took on a few snow cubs to kill time and level some lowbie pets; after about 5 battles, 2 felines spawned inside the airfield, near the edge. One poor, one uncommon.
