After 4 days of not seeing any, I left an alt out there, and checked at server low times (5am, 11am, 3pm).  Tried the drake killing to force a spawn, but no luck there. 

Took another week before I got one.  Poor, but a battlestone fixed that.  As far as fighting goes, this thing is an endurance beast.  Pop the reduced damage, attack with your one slot, refresh damage reduction before sleeping.  Slow, but effective.

Did some research, and I decided not to camp for him.  I went with a three server spread of alts logged out there.  I'd check at aroud 5/6/7am each server, and again around 11/12/1300.

Two weeks in, and I started seeing them.  Macro /tar spam would find them in battle with other people.  Managed to get into battle with him twice, but... well, PvP happens, and a 47 alt isn't doing much to a 90.  I adjusted my morning seek time back another half hour and got lucky enough to get one.
