i have tried everything including making another toon in a low pop realm...still cant see them so i am thinking maybe a phased out situation :(

i was lookin for them in the evening around 10pm-12am realm time...no luck, that was on my high level toon.  thought maybe there might be some phasing so  i brought out a lvl 30ish toon that hasnt done any of the quests...and still nothing.  Im here at 830am realm and nothing here >.<  aha!  finally one just spawned and i got Eastern Kindoms Safari!! YAY!!
