Been checking pretty often over the past couple of days and nothing. Zoned back in after a pet battle and there were 5 of these along the ridge. 3 uncommon and 2 poor. The was an ally Druid in the area too, so there may have been a few more, but this shows they don't just spawn alone, you just have to be fast :)

Just logged in, 08:15 realm time after weekly maintenance and there were about 18 of them.

Myself and a friend were the only 2 in the zone and found that of these 18, 9 were Rare. The others were uncommon and 2 poor. 

 

 

Seems like after maintenance could be the best time of going for a rare :) Happy hunting!
