I have been farming the lake for 4 days now, about 6 hours/day. No azure whelpling. I'm starting to think the drop rate is broken or somehow it's a bugged item.

Got super lucky farming at Jademir Lake. After about 250 kills, it dropped. I kept farming, and a second one dropped after 159 more kills.
