I'd been checking back off and on for several days (Madoran) and killing the sentries didn't seem to do anything, but this morning I battled the tainted rat in the area and one spawned. And it was a rare, yay! There are, unfortunately, usually several people hanging around there but today I got lucky.

Now if it would just rain on Jaguero Isle when there aren't fifty million people waiting on a baby ape..

I really wish this would stop spawning in the basement there in the Thundermar Ruins. You can't engage it there, because the space is either 'too uneven' or 'obstructed.' :(
