Tiny Twisters don't have a defined spawn time; I've seen this tiny elemental pop throughout the day. They're simply on a longer than normal respawn timer. As noted, they can be encounter at the Circle near the Alliance camp, among their full-sized kin.
As noted previously there's a little over a dozen spawn locations spread fairly evenly throughout the basement. Several of these spawn points are in severly crowded areas, however, resulting in obstruction errors. If demand for this pet is high on your Realm I recommend moving further into the area should you encounter this problem.
Molten Hatchlings often share spawn points with Lava Crabs. If you're having difficulty finding Hatchlings, take out the Crabs and Hatchlings may start respawning.
The Parrot's skin changes each time it is summoned, in the same manner as the Worg Pup. This mechanic functions in battle as well; when you enter combat, your Parrot randomly takes on one of the available skins for the pet.
The number of available skins appears limited, however. The parrots I have captured in Northern Stanglethorn, for example, cycle through the brown speckled, white/yellow, and crimson/black skins.
Snow Cubs are available throughout Dun Morogh, and as Beasts they are an easy pet to level by battling the Critter-type spawns that are prevalent in surrounding zones.
It is possible to encounter Widow Spiderlings during the day. They ocassionally appear as additional pets when battling other Duskwood spawns, most notably those of the Dusk Spiderling.
Dusk Spiderlings are fairly common, but finding a Rare-quality pet boasting a specific skin can be a time consuming undertaking. They are farmed somewhat heavily due to their proximity to a Flight Path, Quest Hub, and NPC Trainer, but they respawn quickly.
Additionally, Dusk Spiderlings are sometimes accompanied by Widow Spiderlings. This is the only way to encounter these zone-specific pets during daylight hours.
This is by far one of my favorite captured pets; I made sure to take a trip to Loch Modan on day one of the expansion to claim my own.
Its abilities are interesting for a Beast-type Battle Pet. Being able to pair Critter and Beast damage, via a Chew-Headbutt combination, is extremely useful and potentially devastating for your opponent. What this pet lacks in self-sustainability, it makes up for in versatility. This Ram holds a lot of potential, especially with the right support.

Sometimes having various alt characters on multiple servers proves very useful. After deciding to catch a Rare-quality Restless ShadelingI parked all of my characters at the entrance to the Master's Cellar, and just went from one character to the next until I found spawns to engage. I Actually made my capture on a PvP Realm, with no competition for the pet; over a dozen Shadeling spawns all for me.
I've sinced dispersed my characters again, in the hopes of catching a few additional Rares.
