Got mine today, 1.32 CET on Nemesis server, using one of my regular alts (no DK trick). I logged in and there were 3 Minfernals, 2 poor and 1 rare. Immolatus (the rare Infernal Sentry) was walking around, so maybe its related... maybe not.

 

EDIT: two more spawned a few minutes later (1 Uncommon), Immolatus still around. So I tried following him for nearly 30 minutes... nothing happened and no more Minfernals appeared.

This little guy is soooo elusive :/ I got Emerald in less than 2 hours, Dark in less than 4... I'm farming Azure for weeks, did Loremaster in Winterspring on 2 characters, still no luck.
