I too have found many as secondarys in Blade Edge Mountains. I've only been lucky enough to catch an uncommon so far. UPDATE! Got a rare hunting the same place the other guy mentioned above Gruul's Lair.

Not true. I haven't found any with my new monk. There must be a phasing issue. I will try with an older character. UPDATE! I went through the area killing everything AT LEAST once before I started seeing any. I found a total of 4 in all (3 poor and 1 Uncommon) before getting tired of killing 30+ critters.
