The fact that this pet is the only Alcohol consuming pet in game, made me name mine "Janis Jubling". This pet truely deserves an upgrade.

Tip: If you keep some Dark Iron Ale Mug's in your stash, you can allways share a cold one with Jubling.

UNCOMMON QUALITY when learned... Seriously... After all the gold and hours spend Gold Challenge i think this is a rip-off... Wild Jade Hatchling has the same skin and abilities and can be tamed as rare, therefore this pet gets the "indifferent" vote from me.

On the battle side Spirit Crab is really strong (Vs.Elemental in particular), but also vs. many other classes since you have the "family-neutral" Dark Simulacrum which allows you to steal a spell and use it continuously through the rest of the match. I use the following spells:

Amplify Magic, Surge and Dark Simulacrum.

To clarify a bit, the Darkmoon Hatchling was glitched and then hot-fixed, so those of us that bought it right away got the uncommon quality, However this was as saif hot-fixed into rare quality, in other words keep your uncommon version since this is o it's way to be a curiosity because uncommon is no longer available. :-)

This pet has now been completely fix in both the first and the second version, so now there is only rares of this.

Coonfirming, the rare is NOT a myth. I got a rare after 12+ tries.

I believe your right, i have also just spend 4hrs+ trying to get a rare specimen of this pet without luck. The best specimen before trapped had 1283hp at lvl 24.

It seems to be slightly bugged currently. I learned Battle Pet Training on my Orc Warlock, which as you all propably know is account-wide learned. So now i cannot pick it up with my pandaran since he has not learned this skill allthough Battle Pet Training says allready known.
