One of the smartest things Blizzard has done. This way everyone gets something tangible for helping a guildie thru the painful process of getting a legendary weapon.

3232 kills later and still no hatchling....the Temple of Blizzard hates me.
4000 kills later...still no hatchling. My mind is numb.
5000 kills later...EXACTLY...and I got a hatchling. Maybe there is a pain and suffering code that is tripped. Something that says "once a person has hit (enter obscenely high number here) then they can have the pet regardless of the number/loot generator".
