I couldn't get any atAnderhol because of phasing: i'd fly over, see many green paws and when i came closer to the ground they just vanished.

 

Good news is: if you're lucky can get one as a second: got twice as second for the average squirel/rabbit but both poor.

Not sure if the killing everything around works or if i got a bit of luck: got there and no robo cubs around, killed all critters and other pets and got one poor,tried again and got another poor, killed everything again for quite a while and nothing happened
